The tree's vitality is fair/poor with large quantity's of deadwood within the crown. Brown rot fungal brackets have been noted within cavities in the lower crowns unions.The tree's potential targets are valued and as high and constant both with the highway and the well used walking paths within the field. With the tree's low vitality and signs of decline, we have opted to fell the tree to bring the level of risk posed back down to a tolerable level.
