(AMENDED PROPOSAL 20.04.2026) The repair and reinstatement of the collapsed roof which include: Existing red clay bricks to the gable end and the bottom chords of the roof trusses will be retained and reused where possible. A new timber wall plate will be installed, followed by new timber truss webs, purlins and rafters. Timber battens and roofing felt will then be installed, and the roof covering will be reinstated in red clay tiles to match the existing. Rebuild like for like several courses of brickwork on the north-east elevation that have collapsed.
