Proposal

Application for a non-material amendment to planning permission 24/00126/FUL to allow a minor amendment to the western down ramp from the main bridge landing point to offset the ramp by circa 1m from the River wall (this include the piling). The dog leg removed at the end of the ramp. Width of basin bridge and western down ramp increased in width from 3.0m to 3.5m (useable width). Gradients unchanged. Minor reduction in soft landscaping planter sizes as a result of the above and a slight reconfiguration of the amphitheatre Area. On the south bank, following detailed design, the down ramp including the earthworks ramp has reduced in length by 8.45m (the gradient remains the same).
