Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the locality and to comply with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. 6 Prior to the first occupation of the building, a travel plan relating to staff, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The travel plan shall detail how arrangements for staff parking and travel to work will be managed. The Travel Plan shall be implemented as part of the change of use hereby approved and retained in perpetuity.
