The removal is proposed to mitigate safety hazards and prevent excessive shading to surrounding properties.Application History:Works on this tree were previously granted under planning reference 23/00229/TWA (granted 12/05/2023) and reference 20/00892/TWA (granted 20/10/2020). As the new proprietors of 3 Hemp Mill Walk, we are seeking renewal/re-authorization to carry out these previously approved works.Execution & Replacement:All arboricultural operations will be carried out by a competent, fully insured arboricultural contractor in accordance with BS 3998:2010 (Tree Work - Recommendations).Replacement Planting: To preserve local canopy cover, a replacement native specimen tree (10?12cm girth standard, approx. 1m+ height) will be planted within the garden boundary following felling.
