Proposal

A large Cracked Willow tree at the side of the site's orbital roadway has a 2 x large boughs that have been broken off in high winds and are now hanging precariously. They are a potential danger to anyone passing beneath the tree. We plan to just remove the 2 broken boughs, cutting them back to the trunk from where they have broken off, leaving the rest of the tree untouched.
