Works: remove all affected branches and trunks. (2) & (3) bottom (south-west) garden corner. Site access: via adjacent garages access drive. Replacement: though not required by statute as trees are not subject to TPO if there is removal then there will be replacement with fruit trees. Please be advised I submit this as if I were serving a Section 211 Notice to the Local Authority.
