Works as follows: Remove existing polycarbonate roof and replace with single ply roofing membrane (Firestone or similar) on 22mm moisture resistant plywood or sterling board decking. New roof to be supported on 100x100x4square hollow section steel and 178x102x19Ubeam, all inside existing structure. Remove existing polycarbonate panels to rear elevation and replace with brick. Remove existing entry porch.
