Sidelights each measuring 300mm x 2100mm to be positioned each side of the front door Width of ground floor study window increased from 1400mm to 1800mm. Glass will now be obscure. Height of sitting room window increased from 1200mm to 1500mm. East Elevation – Ground floor WC window to be positioned centrally. Door to breakfast room measuring 900mm x 2105mm to be replaced by a window measuring 1300mm x 1500mm 2 x windows each measuring 1100mm x 1000mm to be added to sitting room on ground floor. North Elevation – Sitting room doors measuring 2700mm x 1100mm on ground floor to be replaced by windows measuring 2400mm x 1500mm. Ground floor hall window measuring 1300mm x 1100mm to be removed and the height of the first floor landing window increased to 2100mm. West Elevation – Window measuring 1100mm x 900mm added to master bedroom on first floor. Width of first floor master bedroom en-suite window increased from 1100mm to 1800mm. Lower the floor level of the house except for the sitting room so there is no step down into the sitting room and the external brick plinth around dwelling will be on same level. Fenestration and door colour to change to Pebble Grey
