Internal works to 23 Great Winchester Street including reconfiguration of lightwell, the restoration of the entrance skylight, re-instatement of historic circulation and plan form at ground, first, second and third floors including access to the main staircase at ground floor level. Internal works including the removal of partitions, doors, suspended ceilings existing secondary glazing, plant, access ladders and walkways, replacement windows and associated works.
