T1- Monterey Pine: remove 1 long overextending drooping limb as per tree survey report. Additional work: crown lift lower branches hanging over the driveway up to a height of 4m from ground level so higher vehicles can gain access into the property. T2-Monterey Pine: 2 Crossing and rubbing limbs in crown. Lower limb is dead, upper limb is deformed due to conflict. Remove both limbs as per tree survey report. T3- Monterey Pine: Fell to ground level as per tree survey report. T4- Monterey Pine: remove 1 large dead branch hanging over car port as per tree survey. Additional work: crown lift lower secondary branches to clear the car port roof by 3m to reduce debris and damage to the roof. Additional work not included in tree survey: T7- Monterey Pine: crown lift by removing 3 lower secondary branches hanging over lawn area. This is to give more light to the garden area. G8- 2 x Scots Pine: reduce branches close to the property to a clearance of 2m only. This is to reduce any damage to the building and give more light.
