Proposal
G4- 3 x Holm Oak Trees: fell all 3 to ground level to give more light to the property and garden area. These trees are unbalanced growing towards the building fighting for light. T5- Monterey Pine: remove 1 low branch as indicated on the photo as it's growing very close to the building and to give more light to the flats. Our aim is to gain as much light to the front garden so my clients are able to plant some nicer trees and have some flower beds because at the moment, it is surrounded by mainly Holm Oaks which drop so many leaves so the ground is just barren and very dark.
