Proposal

T1-Beech Fell The tree is located within a large linear group and has subsequently become heavily supressed by it neighbours which has resulted with it growing at a excessively acute angle over the garages below. Which are frequently used for vehicular storage. The trees poor structural form could be mitigated via pruning works, however due to the phototropic nature of its growth pruning works will not provide sufficient weight removal and will only increase leaf mass due to the loss of photosynthetic capability. The fight for light in this area is huge, with its poor form likely to only exacerbate over time as its need for light increases. By removing and replacing with a similar species in a more open area the neighbouring trees to T1 will be able to fill the space, thus limited amenity loss will take place as a result. The planting a new well chosen, well formed tree will enhance the treescape of the surrounding area for future years to come and counter any loss in amenity. Fell to as close to ground level as practically possible. Replant with x1 Purple Beech 1.5-2m nursery grown stock within the rear garden of the property in an open area free from tree coverage. T1 is located within a large group, where its removal would not be counter productive towards the amenity of the surrounding area. By removing this poorly formed tree and replacing with a younger, better positioned, better formed tree the amenity value will not be compromised by the removal of this poorly situated, heavily leaning tree on the outside of a large well established group which is located adjacent to the garages and footpaths below which form part of the only access to the rear of the property.
