Non-material amendment following approval of APP/24/01311/F & P/25/04906/NMA to remove the 1.1m high walled roof box and replace with flat sliding rooflight. Reconfiguration of roof terrace so that it is set further in from each side of the roof. Reduce height of the roof-level glazed screen on southern side from 1.8m to 1.2m. A 200mm increase in the projection of the rendered boxing overhang on the front and rear elevations. Lowered sill heights to the two rearmost lower ground floor windows on the northern elevation. Replace sliding doors with patio doors. Re-word Condition 8 to remove the reference to “roof level'.
