Proposal
The tree in question is a semi mature beech which is leaning towards the road. The tree came into leaf this season but the foliage has since died off. It grew in the shade of a much larger beech tree that was removed a couple of years ago and this accounts for the angle at which it has grown although it does now appear to be leaning further towards the road.It is proposed to remove the tree to ground level for public safety reasons.
