Fire damaged thatch roof - Remove remaining thatch and damaged asbestos fire board. Remove damaged internal plasterboard and lath and plaster to the loft room. Carry out localised repairs to roof structure timbers. Install new fireboard or membrane to existing roof structure and install new thatch roof covering. Replace removed lath and plaster to match existing. Replace plasterboard to match existing. Ground floor - Remove water damaged asbestos ceiling between exposed joists and replace with 60 minute fire rated plasterboard. Remove asbestos floor tiles.
