Proposal

The Oak tree in question is situated in the garden of No 5 Sandhurst drive. The tree was trimmed some years age with planning permission in place, the tree has now grown substantially and several branch's have overgrown the garden of No 7 Sandhurst drive by a third of the garden, this is the work which this application is requesting permission, to cut back the branch's in line with the crown reduction operation, to prevent contact with the main dwelling, roofs and guttering. I have taken advise from three tree surgeons whom all agree this work is needed and would be beneficial to the Oak tree itself. I have agreed terms with JS Garden Services, who to work closely with the local authority and will complete the work when approved. I have been in contact with Mr Clifford Webb the tree officer who will be visiting the address to inspect the tree.
