Proposal
T1: Mulberry. Reduce East aspect by 1m to allow full clearance of the boundary wall. Cuts to be made just inside the boundary, not exceeding 100mm diameter.Previous applications have permitted cuts of <30mm: this is insufficient to abate the nuisance that this tree is causing, whilst the proscriptive works i've suggested can fall well within the phenological guidance of BS3998:2010. The reduction must be made to the height of the upper canopy, with the shoulder blended in with the overall height to maintain the visual amenity of the tree when viewed from the road.
