Tree Species: Morus nigra - Black MulberryHeight: 5m Stem diameter: 750mmMature specimen in Good condition. Splits and cracks to major limb. Swelling to stem. Previous branch failures. The tree is identified as T30 on the sketch plan. I have attached some additional photos. Trim back branches overhanging boundary wall to line of boundary wall. The vast majority of the tree canopy sits within our boundary wall of Barton Edge, as can be seen on the sketch plan. The neighbors at No.5 Barton Court have requested we trim back the branches to the boundary wall as the overhanging branches have red fruit that drops onto their car parking space/car resulting in them having to keep washing their car. The position of Barton Court and the parking bays are shown on the sketch plan
