At 31 Brook Street: alterations to the pitched roof to create external plant enclosure at fourth floor level; demolition of rear building at lower ground and ground floor levels and the first floor plant enclosure and construction of new building over ground, first and second floor levels with openable elements to the first and second floor glazing for use as a restaurant (Use Class E). Public realm changes to Lancashire Court and White Lion Yard including new paving, installation of stepped access to the western entrance from Brook Street and alterations to landscaping and installation of external lighting. Namely, amendment to the description of development of the original planning permission to reference the new LBC; and supersede a number of plans approved under the original planning permission to capture the updated plans approved under the new LBC.
