Details to provide anticipated building load changes for temporary construction stage and permanent long term stage on London Underground structures, detailed design and Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) for all demolition and construction works (temporary and permanent), detailed design and Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) on the use of scaffold and tall plant i.e cranes and lifting equipment, details on all alterations to the existing fire escape provisions including but not limited to the fire escape design and the fire access routes, details on all alterations to the existing LU loading bay, demonstrate that an unimpeded access to LU assets can be maintained at all times, demonstrate that the proposed works will not interfere with the operations and the maintenance of the LU vent shafts, demonstrate that the design allows for any emissions from LU vent shafts, demonstrate that there will at no time be any potential security risk to our railway, property or structures, demonstrate that the LU vent shafts are protected from the flooding/drainage impact due to the construction activities, accommodate ground movement arising from the development construction, mitigate the effects of noise and vibration towards the adjoining railway operations pursuant to condition 4 of planning permission dated 30th July 2024 (RN: 23/08908/FULL)
