Proposal

T1,T2 &T3- Client would like all 3 tree cut down to 6ft monoliths. Trees are situated on a steep banking and all three are leaning towards the property with the potential to cause serious damage if they where to ever blow over in high winds, also the root plate on one of the trees has been compromised by a large piece of concrete partially enveloped in root system that is cause for concern. These trees seem to be of low amenity value due to mature Oak, Beech and Sycamore being situated higher up the banking.
