Please see tree report below for T1 Oak Tree removal.Oak T1 whilst I was there the other day, as it's looking pretty ropey. As you'll see from the description in the attached survey, I'm recommending its removal, as it's at risk of brittle failure due to an advanced infection with a brown rot fungus. I've had a look on West Lancs Council's website and it looks like this tree, alongside the other two oaks at the road frontage, are covered by a TPO, so you must apply to the Council for permission to remove the tree prior to felling. I suggest you do this sooner rather than later.
