STAIRCASE TURRET. - This is to allow an elegant continuous full-height half-landing staircase in the vaulted Hall. The staircase turret is to the rear of the building, below ridge height, located between the pair of rear gables, and thus cannot be seen from the public domain and indeed is difficult to be seen from outside of the site. This is a handed dormer to an approved dormer on the front roof slope. The dormer is to the rear of the building, below ridge height, and is difficult to be seen the public domain and from outside of the site.
