Proposal

T1. Magnolia - Shape and balance the crown of the tree by bringing in selective limbs on all sides up to 2 metres. All cuts will be made to viable growth, and we will cut in the sides over the pub garden and over the property a little harder to prevent obstructions. S1. Cotoneaster - Right of the rear garden as you come through the gate. Reshape with hedge cutters all around C1. Wisteria/Boston Ivy - Starting on the front of the house, cut back to the property line where the wisteria has started to grow onto the neighbour's property. Bring the height down to below the top window cill and keep level following all around the property, including the Boston Ivy, also growing adjacent to the Wisteria on the side of the house. Prune back towards the source of the entire wisteria, removing new growth and any deadwood, making it tight and compact, leaving good growth points.
