Proposal
T1 - OAK - TO CUT DOWN TO GROUND LEVEL - THE TREE IS IN SIGNIFICANT DECLINE, WITH THE UPPER SECTION OF THE CROWN COMPLETELY DEAD AND SHOWING NO LEAF COVERAGE DURING THE GROWING SEASON. THE ONLY LIVE GROWTH PRESENT IS A SMALL LATERAL BRANCH HALFWAY UP THE STEM, INDICATING SEVERE DIEBACK AND POOR OVERALL VITALITY. DUE TO THE EXTENT OF CROWN DECLINE, THE TREE HAS LIMITED LONG-TERM VIABILITY AND PRESENTS AN INCREASING RISK OF BRANCH OR STEM FAILURE. REMOVAL IS RECOMMENDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY G1 - 5 ASH TREES - TO CUT DOWN TO GROUND LEVEL. - ALL FIVE ASH TREES WITHIN THIS GROUP ARE DEAD, WITH NO LEAF EMERGENCE DURING THIS YEARS GROWING SEASON. THE CROWNS HAVE EXHIBITED PROGRESSIVE DIEBACK OVER RECENT YEARS, CONSISTENT WITH ASH DIEBACK, RESULTING IN A TOTAL LOSS OF VITALITY. THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THESE TREES IS NOW COMPROMISED, PRESENTING A RISK OF BRANCH OR WHOLE-TREE FAILURE. REMOVAL IS PROPOSED ON THE GROUNDS OF SAFETY.
