Proposal
T1 Indian Bean Tree: Fell to ground level. Reason: The tree is located in an unsuitable position close to/on the boundary and is interfering with the adjacent loquat. It is a smaller rear garden tree with limited wider amenity value, and its position is likely to cause ongoing issues with shading, encroachment and conflict with neighbouring property/boundary features. The client has therefore decided to have the tree removed. T2 Eucalyptus: Reduce/fell down to approximately 3m in height, leaving the remaining stem in situ for ivy to grow over. Reason: The eucalyptus has outgrown the garden, is fast-growing, heavily shades the area and has caused damage to the boundary fence. The boundary now requires sorting, and the size and position of the tree are no longer suitable for the garden. The intention is to remove the main crown and retain a reduced stem of approximately 3m. T3 Loquat: Prune to maintain shape and balance. Reason: The loquat is routinely pruned every 2???3 years to maintain its form, balance and size within the garden. Works are intended as general maintenance pruning only. The proposed works are required to manage unsuitable and overgrown planting within a rear garden setting. The Indian Bean tree is poorly positioned close to the boundary and is conflicting with the loquat. The eucalyptus has outgrown its location, is causing excessive shading and has damaged the boundary fence. The loquat is to be pruned as part of routine cyclical maintenance to maintain shape and balance.
