Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 04/01/2022 ref 2021/4443 (Alterations including enlargement of existing window under the front steps, enlargement of existing two storey rear extension, relocation of rear external staircase, enlargement of existing rear lower ground floor opening to allow for the insertion of French doors, excavations to provide a rear sunken terrace at lower ground floor level, changes to internal layout. ) to allow changes to the internal layout: 1. new bathroom proposed for the 2nd floor has been relocated to the 1st floor directly below. Additional enclosure consisting of a shower cubicle and an airing cupboard has been added on the adjacent 1st floor stair landing. All constructed in timber stud work. 2. part of proposed rear extension has been omitted due to reduced scope of structural work so externally only the lower ground floor extension of the consented scheme was realised - the upper ground floor including the external timber garden steps & porch were only renovated. Internally -on the lower grond floor - demolition of internal walls at the back was omitted. Small amendment to rear external elevation - an existing small window WG10 (part of 1998 conversion, not Victorian) has been slightly enlarged. 3. Relocation of boiler/water tanks from cellar to the existing under-cover side alleyway.
