T6 & T22 &T23: Reduce by approx. 10% / 2 feet to match others. T12: Focus extra reduction on roadside to ensure clearance. T29: Heavier reduction on roadside to re-balance the crown.T25 (Norway Maple): Reduce on building side to create maximum clearance. Cut any necessary branches to stabilise the leaning structure. T15 (Hawthorn): Thin internal growth by approx. 20%, strip epicormic growth, and remove deadwood. Group of Trees (Rear of Tennis Court): Reduce all overhanging branches to create a 1.5m clearance from tennis court fence. T27 (Whitebeam / Pyracantha): Reduce Pyracantha located in front of Whitebeam to clear and shape. T28 (Whitebeam): Thin crown to allow increased light and airflow. T31 (Gleditsia): Lightly reduce over-extended lateral branches by approx. 1m max. T32 (Plum Tree): Thin internal growth only, do not reduce height, just encourage light penetration. Laurel (Opp. House No. 13): Reduce height by 1/3, trim and reshape remainder to tidy. Magnolia Grandiflora (Opp. House No. 13): 0.5 - 1m reduction to maintain shape, raise canopy to 2m over pavement and remove basal growth.
