The development shall be operated in accordance with the approved Travel Plan.Condition 10 as proposed:The development shall be operated in accordance with the approved Travel Plan ref. 111045-PEF-XX-XX-TRP-H-00003, dated July 2026.Reason: To encourage sustainable transport and to ensure the amenity of nearby residents is not compromised in accordance with Policies D.DH8, D.ES9, S.TR1, D.TR2 and D.TR3 of the Tower Hamlet Local Plan (2020).Condition 19 currently reads:The teaching hours of the school hereby permitted shall start no later than 8:30 and finish no earlier than 3.55.Condition 19 as proposed:The teaching hours of the school hereby permitted shall start no later than 8.15am and finish no later than 3.00pm. For clarity, 'teaching hours' are the minimum core hours that pupils are required to be in school and do not include after school clubs and activities.Reason: To stagger the teaching hours of the new school with those of St Luke's Primary School to avoid congestion on the public highway and ensure the amenity of nearby residents is not compromised, in accordance with Policies D.DH8, D.ES9, S.TR1, D.TR2 and D.TR3 of the Tower Hamlet Local Plan (2020).
