Internal and external alterations to a Grade II listed dwelling, including:Reconfiguration of the basement to create an open-plan kitchen and dining space, with new structural beams, underfloor heating, and the reuse of the rear outrigger as a utility and WC. Refurbishment of the upper-ground-floor living spaces, including partial removal of the partition wall between front and rear rooms with retained nibs, reinstatement of stone entrance steps, repair of cast-iron railings, and installation of SlimLite Heritage double-glazed sash windows within existing box frames. Installation of an air-source heat pump, underfloor heating to lower and ground floors, and column radiators to upper floors as part of an energy-efficiency upgrade.
