Proposal
T1 English Oak Quercus roburT1 is growing within close proximity of the building Oakridge Retirement apartments opposite flat 14. T1 has been reduced approx. 6 years ago the re growth has started to become heavily weighted. re growth from pruning cuts has a weaker branch union than natural growth. This is more likely to fail and requires maintenance in order to keep the tree safe. There is a busy footpath and car park below the tree as well as being approx. 2m from the building.I would like to reduce this tree to previous points 30% making cuts on vertical growth of up to 15cm and horizontal growth of up to 10cm. this is shown on pic 1 with a red line.
