T46 Ash:Specification- Pollard tree to natural pollard areas at 5m leaving tree at a height of 5m from ground level.Reasons for work: A large basal cavity is present. The cavity was probed revealing minimal residual wood and therefore compromising structural integrity. The tree was viewed in summer 2025 and vitality was in poor condition with sparse foliage density and crown dieback. Given its poor health and structural condition its the view its structural integrity is compromised. The tree is located in a risk location and is within falling distance of adjacent road, church and neighbouring property. The proposed works will reduce reduce the risks posed whislt retaing the tree to form a new crown at a safer height.
