T1 Maple tree to be felled,The tree located in the front garden of the property, planted in a raised area. There is damage to the retaining wall and drive which need to be replaced.A new tree will be planted to replace this tree, in a more appropriate area in the front garden along with new hedges over trees.T2 and T3 Hornbeam and beech tree to be felled. After a closer inspection on these two trees I noticed some defects around the base. Speaking with the home owner they have been removing large fungus from the tree thinking that they are helping it. Ganoderma ha? been attacking the heartwood of the trees which effects the structural integrity at the base.Internal rot has started on both trees. To help prevent further pathogens from spreading to the surrounding trees, both trees will be removed and stumps taken out.
