Proposal

G1: Group of 3x Sycamore on boundary of Cedar Village and Haywood Drive. Removal to ground level and install Eco Plugs in stumps to prevent regeneration. This group comprises of 2x large Sycamore ( approx 600mm diameter base) and 1x small ( 150mm diameter base). These trees have historically been boundary pruned by the neighbours on Haywood Close. this has resulted in very vigorous regeneration. The trees are suffering from squirrel damage and more concerningly , they are sited approx 300-600mm from the listed wall that separates the properties. The roots of these trees are putting pressure on this wall. Removing these trees will prevent structural damage to the wall.T1: Dead Elm. Remove.
