Gable Wall: Investigate water ingress, remove internal plasterboard and studs and prop with acrows to prevent collapse. Remove existing cement render over weather board and rotten timber studs. Replace with new oak plate to first and ground floor with oak braces and treated timber infill with breather membrane NHL 3.5 lime mix with DPC under plate. Insulate with RWA 45 mineral wool board and plaster over internal as existing. Rear oak plate to be replaced.
