Proposal
TPO T2 -T1 oak - The tree canopy begins side branching at approximately 2.8 metres over the garden of adjacent property, No.7 Walton Fields and extends up to 8.7 metres from the boundary, sweeping towards the rear elevation of the house south-east and eastwards over the garden. The primary limbs below 5 metres are of large diameter and should be retained; therefore, pruning to be limited to the removal of secondary and tertiary branches only. These branches are to be removed to allow up to 4 metres of ground clearance over the garden. Additionally, the lateral growth from the outer extent of the canopy over the garden towards the house (south and south-east) to be shortened back to side branches by 1.5 - 2.0 metres. To raise the outer canopy over the Farmhouse garden to the south, west and northern sides, the secondary branch growth to be removed to provide a maximum of 3.5 metres canopy clearance. TPO T1 -T2 willow - reduce back to previous pruning points.
