Proposal
We have been instructed to prepare a package of repair works to the cupola roof on the site. There is currently a lead lined roof capping the cupola which we intend to repair/replace on a like for like basis. The external faces of the cupola are currently exposed with the membrane of the former cladding visible. I am informed this was previously clad in timber, and I am planning to specify a replacement timber cladding with louvred panels. I want to confirm whether LBC will be required.
