The installation of a solarfocus biomass pellet boiler in an existing wooden shed at bottom of garden, with a buried hot water pipe running under garden and path to back of house where it would enter though wall at just above foundation course level. Boiler flue pipe would match current building regs for carbon neutral biomass installations. Once inside house hot water supply pipe would link to existing tank and new radiators (replacing existing electric units).
