Proposal
We are seeking to make minor elevation changes. There is no change to the footprint / materials / use of the proposal. The changes to the elevation slightly reduce the overall height of the building, changing a gable end to a hip on elevation A and improving the symmetry of elevation B, primarily associated with construction methodologies for the roof. The changes also slightly amend the location, size and style of glazing, without significantly increasing the level of glazing through the proposal. This is so the style of glazing more accurately matches that of existing windows on Elevation A, windows don't clash with practical kitchen layouts on Elevation C. Three small modest roof lights are also proposed to help evenly distribute light and help natural ventilation in the approved extension
