Tree ID: 5063 - Variegated Holly (Ilex x ataclarensis). Tree height 7m, located in rear garden left-hand side. Main stem has a lean at about 45 although the crown has adapted accordingly and appears stable. Suggest trimming all over to reduce size by up to 0.5 m and remove dead wood inside crown. Tree ID: 5064 - Himalayan Birch (Betula utilis Jacquemontii). Tree height 1m, located in rear garden left-hand side. Crown showing no life above 3.5m and should be removed. A small ornamental Acer griseum is proposed nearby. Tree ID: 5136 - Purple leaved Plum (Prunus ceracifera Pissardii). Tree height 6m, located in front garden central close to pavement boundary. To improve shape by reducing high growth on the property side by up to 30cm and remove dead wood. Tree ID: 5137 - Box Elder (Acer negundo). Tree height 10m, located in front garden on pavement boundary south side. Dead wood to be removed from crown. Tree Replacements: (3 trees as a condition for previous removals). All to be planted at a minimum size of 10-12cm girth at 1.5m main stem. The following tree were agreed to be planted in the Autumn/Winter season 2025.1 x Magnolia x soulangeana - rear garden near right-hand side. 1x Prunus Kanzan or similar (to match the neighbours specimen just over the fence) - side of property behind garage. 1 x Malus trilobata - to front right-hand side of garage. Tree replacement for Birch Tree (5064)Acer griseum, either single or multi-stemmed approximately 1.5-2m in height.
