Changes include:-Construction of a single storey extension at ground floor level to the rear;-New wall at ground floor level to the west and north elevation;-Raised cil level at 6th floor;-Fenestration changes, including additional windows to the east elevation at ground floor level;-Changes to the tower design, removal of glazed corner cube;-Revised plant configuration at roof level;-New staircore, lift overrun and smoke extract at roof level;-Areas at roof reserved for photovoltaics and green roof;-Creation of a new basement level to accommodate a new sprinkler tank/plant.'Changes include:-Re-location of cycle storage due to safety equipment for fire safety being located in the yard;-A combination of Sheffield Stands and wall mounted hoops proposed to ensure 22 cycle stands;-Re-location of refuse storage to a separate area of the yard.
