Proposal

Five Day Notification for tree works: works are required to make the trees safe from causing damage to third party persons and property. - T2120 Ash; Monolith stem with heavily decayed and split limb at a height of approximately 8.0-10.0 metres. Reduce remaining stem leaning over neighbouring property by approximately 2.0-3.0 metres to prevent further failure. - T2120 has a large decay pocket in the main stem and is overhanging/leaning towards neighbouring properties, therefore the risk is extremely high. - T2098 Sycamore; Monolith at a height of approximately 5.0 metres to retain stem as habitat. T2098 is twin stemmed tree, while carrying out the works to the northern stem (following Conservation Area consent), it was evident that there was severe dieback at the top of the tree and decay in the main stem. The tree requires monolithing urgently to remove the risk of failure of the tree.
