For the purposes of this condition the Background, Rating and Specific Sound levels shall be calculated fully in accordance with the methodology of BS4142:2014+A1:2019" to "...the Specific plant sound level shall not exceed 36 dBA at the nearest noise-sensitive premises during daytime hours (07:00-23:00) and 30 dBA during night-time hours (23:00-07:00). For the purposes of this condition the Background, Rating and Specific Sound levels shall be calculated fully in accordance with the methodology of BS4142:2014+A1:2019. "
