Proposal
Notification of Proposed Works to Trees in a Conservation Area: Removal of 2 conifer trees (the only 2 healthy and grown trees at the front of the property) in the front garden areas at either end of the front of the property in order to open up space and prevent similar damage to our new driveway and garden areas which are to be installed. We intend to retain lawned areas and hedged areas to there will continue to be some green space at the front of the property but we believe the roots of the trees are damaging our existing driveway and may have also contributed to the cracking of our render which is also having to be fully restored. We do not believe either tree are subject to a TPO
