Cut down a single Cupressus/Leylandii (?) tree that has begun to shed branches from height. The top of the tree also creaks. Last year the tree dropped a branch onto my property and recently has shed one onto my neighbour's property - Old Kingsworthy School. The Cupressus/Leylandii is surrounded bounded by Horse Chestnut and Flowering Cherry that will be able to thrive if the tree is removed.
