The tree is located in very close proximity to the building, and despite having been heavily pollarded in the past, the tree's root structure is causing severe issues with the structures around it. This is the smaller of the 2 stems in the corner of the garden backing onto the road. The tree has been dying back over the last 2 years, and has now got a number of dead stems overhanging the main road and the pub garden area.
