WE HAVE HAD MR SAM TIZZARD OF VALLEY TREE SERVICES IN TO LOOK AT THIS TREE AND HE HAS SAID THAT THESE BRANCHES NEED CUTTING BACK. THIS TREE OVERHANGS OUR OIL TANK, GARDEN SHED & THE ROOF OF OLD BARN. ALL OF WHICH WILL BE DAMAGED WITHOUT THIS WORK BEING CARRIED OUT. REDUCE RUBBING BRANCHES BY 2-3M TO SUITABLE GROWTH POINTS. (Amended)
