Part-retrospective application for various works, to include - External works: replace cast iron gutters to all three sides of building with new white painted cast iron gutters; replace two upvc pipe outlets at rear of house with white painted cast iron outfall pipes; replace 2no rear windows, repairs to two chimney stacks, including re-rendering; repaint front door in F&B 'Cooking Apple Green'; addition of swift box to front facade. Internal works: Secondary glazing to the inside of 9no. windows; in the rear hallway, removal of newly applied plasterboard from the walls and ceiling and application of lime plaster directly to brick walls. Replacement of gypsum plasterboard on ceiling and timber supports around the rear door with wood wool boards finished in lime plaster; new shower room including new plumbing, fitting and tiles, and installation of stud wall; re-wire house and provide 8 new power sockets to front reception rooms and 6 in the kitchen; new kitchen units; replacement insulation in first floor storage room with sheep's wool; replacement hearth stone in fireplace in front bedroom; new floor finishes to hall, stairs and landing, with timber floorboards sanded and stained; new water heater and pipework in basement; timber supports to basement and other remedial works in this area; and repair of roof lining and timber battens to a section of the roof.
