Proposal

Sycamore tree (1)* to be felled and stump-grinded due to serious damage to main drainage (2) which has already had to be repaired once by thames water as the roots are lifting their pipes. We have been advised by thames water for the tree to be removed as the tree has outgrown itself. The tree is also growing into neighbours garden causing boundary issues between neighbours and disputes. I have already planted a Sycamore Tree into a different position to replace the tree that I hope to have felled. I also am willing to plant other native broadleaf trees of councils choice in conservation. Furthermore, I understand an application has been made for pruning said sycamore tree, this must be withdrawn as pruning will enhance root growth and further worsen the problem. *Can be seen on sketch plan photo evidence.
